Misleading info and Ignored by Vodacom

Before a recent upgrade, I phoned to confirm if the tablet keyboard cover was included as part of the launch offer. Vodacom did an internal check and confirmed it is included. I proceeded with the upgrade based on this info. When the device was delivered, the cover was not included. I questioned this. I was promised a response within 3 days, after internal investigation, which I a week ago. When do I get my keyboard cover as I was mislead and ignored by Vodacom thus far!
