Misleading info and bad service

Very unhappy with vodacom. Promised me a deal for 1000 minutes recurring just to find out it was a once off. Ask them to listen to the recordings as i have been on unlimited minutes on my previous contract.. Why would i just want 1000mintes once off if I had a previous contract for unlimited minutes for 2 years. Furthermore I logged request and never get any call back. QUERIES NOT RESOLVED. On the verge of cancelling my contract. Been with then for 20 years but will now find another provider.
