Misleading, **********, disgusting

On the 25 August 2016, i called the vodacom service centre, transferred to upgrade department and spoke to someone cant recall his name. We apole for almost an hour, i called to upgrade my contact no. ********** 610, i negotiated and we came to a consensus as to how we will move forward, I accepted a top up upgrade for 3 gigs of data per month and 100 anytime minutes total cost R149, i was then advised that my other 2 contracts could also be prematurely upgraded which i was happy to proceed with and accepted a top up contract of 4 gig data at R99 for each of my other 2 contract no. ********** 097 and ********** 149, i was comfortable as i was not only upgrading my contracts but also the fact that Vodacom valued me as a customer. To my horror on the 1 September 2016, i checked my balances on 1 of my contracts ********** 610 only to find the 3 gigs data activated but i couldnt see the 100 minutes, this was xoncerning however coming from the FAIS industry i thought i was activated as the consultant had negotiated this deal for me with his superiors so perhaps outside business as usual whoch meant some system challenges hence this was not reflecting. A few days later, i get a call to confirm what contracts ive accepted amd to my horror i was told that all my contracts were loaded incorrectly meaning what was offered to me was not what was loaded on the system, what was worse was that my no. ********** 610 had an opened lines and i would be charged for this which was horrific and has inconvenienced me so much, since then i have received numerous calls and the level of incompetence is shocking, everybody that calls me wants to listen to the call, the first guy Nathan Neville Krige listened to the call and accepted that what was said was shocking, i told Nathan that all i wanted was what was contracted, he promised to escalate and revert which he didnt and im not surprised coz the incompetence all round is shocking.
surely as a FAIS governed institution misrepresentation is a serious offence however clearly Vodacom does not take this in serious light so cant expect them to take customer experince seriously, tomorow my debit goes off, Vodacom doesnt care, now i need to pay for services i have not accepted, being with vodacom for over 10 years, this is very dissapointing, i just want what was initially telephonically contracted, wake up Vodacom, this is a crime!!!
