Misleading & false information on Migration Quot

Requested a migration quotation to change from uchoose 150 (R 149pm) to a Mygig 3mg top up (R 169pm).

On the quote a migration fee of R 1300 odd is quoted, but the quote outright states that a \fee is charged for a downward migration (i.e. conversion to a lower monthly tariff plan...\" Quoted

I have queried this numerous of times with call centre but it seems they lack the ability to interpret. As the quote stated, a lower monthly tariff...

As you can see from above I now pay R 149pm and the 3 gig is R 169pm, of which is more pm. Thus Vodacom wants to charge me a fee for moving to a more expensive plan???

This is ridiculous and your quote is then completely contradictory. I would like to have this sorted and the fee removed, as the quote state, a lower monthly fee, in which case the option I want to migrate to is s higher monthly fee!

Please let me know why is this so and sort out.

Thanks.
"
