Misleading Customers to get sales

I think I have been ****med by Vodacom Mall of the South and Vodacom as a whole which is unfortunate! I have been sold a deal that did not come with the promotional voucher as promised! It has been 3 months and I have been passed from pillar to post, an alleged area manager was supposed to call me to resolve this issue but nothing, no phone call nothing. I think I must accept that Vodacom has ****med meπŸ˜”πŸ€•, Lolo an alleged Supervisor from Vodacom mall of the South promised to escalate my query and nothing, I received a call from the complaints Hello Peter department @ vodacom and that person promised to escalate this and nothing,Mpho from Vodacom Mall of the South told her colleagues at the shop as per Lolo that I must not be called because I apparently don't want to be called again! She dished out incorrect information from the point of sale and told me that I am going to get a R500 accessory voucher instead of a stationery voucher... Which she was correct because this so call stationery voucher doesn't exist and I don't want it anymore! I want my R500 accessory voucher, how difficult can that be! Guys rather go to other service providers if you dont want to suffer the same fate! Vodacom fix this mess or cancel my contract at no cost because I cannot suffer for your incompetence!!
