Misleading Contract Vodacom RewardsCo
I was misled about the package (unlimited data vs 200GB). I was promised promotional data that I never received. I am being overcharged. I agreed to a subscription of R299 per month, yet I am currently being charged R329.14 for what is supposed to be a 36-month contract. These issues have caused significant inconvenience and distrust. I urgently need your help in getting this matter resolved.
