Misleading consultant. Promising a free tablet but now I am paying for it.

Got a phone call from a consultant from Vodacom in April who told me that because I am a valued customer for 15 years that I am getting a tablet for free . No cost to me. I told her at first I am not interested but she told me its really for free. After that I said then its OK. In June over R200 was added to my account. I phoned the call centre asking to sort out this issue. I did receive a callback about 2 weeks later saying that they will look into the problem and I said to lady that phoned that I want to hear that recording of the initial consultant and since then no feedback was given. Now another R200 was deducted. This is not cool. I didn't want a contract tablet form the start. I have a pre-paid one. I only took the **** thing because the consultant said it was free.
