Misleading clients on repairs

<p>LG G4 booked in for repairs under warranty Job Card ********** 2.</p> <p>Recieve a sms yesterday:Job number ********** 2 has been exchanged and despatched from the Advance Repair Centre to VODACOM REPAIRS EAST LONDON.</p> <p>Recieve a sms today stating exchanged and ready for colection.</p> <p>On collection i notice its the phone i handed in for repairs. On startup 2 green lines on screen.</p> <p>Imei sticker had been removed and another stuck on. Technitian did not even clean glue off.</p> <p>Why not be honest and say repair was attempted?</p> <p>Why not test The handset before despatching.</p> <p>Should the main board have been replaced as later stated why would there be green lines on the screen?</p> <p>Faith is being totally lost in Vodacom.</p> <p> </p>

Reviewer Update

As yet still no reply. Message recieved 25th Job number ********** 2 has been sent for a higher level repair to the Advanced Repair Centre.

Today 27th and still no movment as phone still in East London.
