Misleading clients

I called Vodacom to give me an explanation on how i used 25gs of data in 2 weeks and the consultant was not able to explain instead I was given a run around 3 weeks later and no one has called me, the mislead clients and ***** data and offer them packages promising to reduce they bills only to find out at the end of the month the premiums have been increased and data just disappears randomly without the consultants being able to explain
