Misleading client

I contacted vodacom on the 20 April 2015 to purchase a Sony Z3. The sales consultant took me through the packages. I have selected the package i wanted and the consultant said that she will get back to me. However i received no call back. I then contacted the same department back the next day about my package and to find out whats happening. A new consultant answered and said to me that the sale was incomplete. I then said to the new consultant what package i wanted and the consultant said that that is not the package that was captured. I was then told that i will be contact later that day again, however still did not receive a call. I contacted the department again and spoke to the first consultant that assisted me and she said that i will get my phone by friday. I then called friday again and i was told i will get a call from customer service on saturday to confirm the sale and that i will get the phone on tuesday. Its tuesday and i still dont have my phone. I called today 28 April 2015 and the consultant said that she will tell the manager to call me but i have not received a call yet. This is really pathetic from vodacom.
