Misleading Black November offer to repair Samsung device, exclude what you have
Good day, on Saturday i took 3 Samsung devices to Vodacom Tygervalley to be repaired under their November black friday deal, they even opted to repair a samsung phone from any network. I kept a screen shot of the advert. This is misleading adverti*****t. Knowingly they had certain products in mind, which is not mentioned in the advert, that will prompt you to take your device for screen repair or free battery, once you booked it in, you get a quote of R4 000 each, the battery quote was not made known yet, but i can gather that will be pricey. In this day and age, company's like Vodacom, place ambigious adverts to mislead people so that they can get them into their stores.

So far i received SMS to confirm my devices has been repaired, that i must bring my ID to collect. I decided to call the number and find out exactly what was done, i was then told my devices was not repaired, and that i rejected the quote. A quote that was issued to me between R4 000 and R5 000 for the repair of the phones and then they also said they offer me a discount and i must pay R1900, from R790 offer it doubled, i am so ashamed to be dealing with Vodacom. They are good on promises and offers, but they never see it through.
Well done Vodacom, you just manage to add another client to your unhappy client list.

I submitted a Samsung SF20 for screen repair [red phone] Samsung A52 screen repair, Samsung note 10 lite, battery not working. I do not know which job number was linked to a device, so if you can give me clear guidance to which device your refer to when mentioning job numbers i will be able to understand the response. I also feel that previously when Samsung repair screens, they normally were very transparent, by saying for eg. All Samsung cellphones exclude the A's then there is clarity in the adverti*****t or communication, yours remain bogus, because no one will know which device will fall into the 'repair' or 'non-repair' category.
