Misleading Black Friday Specials, no accountability & dishonest Lungie Kubeka at Vodacom Collections

On 29 January I posted a complaint about misleading Black Friday contracts. Vodacom did not resolve the complaint despite 6 months passing. During July this year, Lungie Kubeka sent an email claiming that a credit memo had been passed pursuant to the complaint and awaited my signature. I did not receive the memo. I informed Lungie and asked for details of the outstanding amounts so we could agree on what payments should be made whilst the issue regarding the contracts taken out in December were resolved. I quoted the EC reference. LUNGIE KUBEKA did not respond to the request for clarification of July 21. I made payment on the business account on 2 August as a gesture of good faith. Still, Lungie did not respond. Earlier today, all accounts were suddenly suspended even though the dispute has not been resolved and credit memo not sent. Lungie has chosen to LIE that she responded to us regarding the amount and agreement pending the dispute. Our lines remain locked despite 12 hours passing since payment of R33000-00. The business is a Vodacom client for 11 years. The level of disdain shown by lungie is unfortunate, unprofessional and arrogant. There is no accountability for misleading advertising or delinquent employees such as Lungie.
