misleading as ever

hi guys my name is Thomas classen and my wife and i went to get some contracts for the family ..we got a contract for my son a redmi 12. And a 2 in one deal hauwie y 90.....so i asked them what about the problem with the phones and apps...and they assured me that this is not a problem ...now i have joined a jim and cant even download the virgin active app....plus so many other apps cannot be loaded its unbelievable ..i mean tell us ..hey guys this phone will not be able to load most of the apps.....so we could have easily have taken something else ....now that my wife had singned a contract i have to loose out on all the benifits i could of enjoyed if the phone had google play store to download from ....the tech guy could have atleast made us aware the way i am so unhappy vodacom please don't mislead us to make sales otherwise you might get reviews and negative publicity ...this was in westwood mall....please be wary
