Misleading and computerized Vodacom"shake off" competition

Can someone please shed some light on the Vodacom "Shake off" rewards as I have been actively participating in collecting puzzle pieces but for the past 2 weeks I have been getting the exact same puzzles and I'm not even joking and all I need is 1 puzzle piece for the below for 2 weeks: 1. Mini cooper 3 door 11/12 2. 50k cash prize 8/9 3. 10k cash prize 8/9 4. Samsung phone 5/6 5. 4G SmartPhone Device 5/6 6. Smart home kit 5/6 7. Smeg collection 5/6 8. 1 million megz for a year 5/6

If it was different puzzle pieces which I keep getting which i have already collected when shaking, then it would be understandable but the same piece everytime!!! This is definitely by far the most disappointing experience I have had with vodacom and therefore feel this has to be a **** and has to be computerized of some sort. I challenge any vodacom personnel to clarify what is going on as it's my money used to participate in this rewards and refuse to let it go down the drain without a valid reason. I have proof of smes and puzzle pieces collected and can confidently back up my claim as I havent even won anything. I will be more than happy to express my concerns via social media and I'm sure there would be other customers as well who can relate.

This is sickening, misleading and misrepresention of the rewards competition which vodacom is promoting and displaying.
