Misleading advertising

Vodacom are misleading the public with their false advertising. I got hold of their Vodacom Let's Talk booklet for January 2020 and saw that they are promoting 2 x Vodacom Smart Tab N8's for R149pm and thought that this is a very good deal from them and went to their store in Vryburg to apply for it, just to be told that it has been discontinued??????. Really. This promotion are being advertised / promoted in the shop and on their booklets??? Why advertise / promote a product if you know it is discontinued!!! If you promote a product you must ensure that it it available or make sure it is not advertised. As a potential new customer of Vodacom I must state that I am appalled by this and will now rather stay away from Vodacom and will recommend all my friend and family to stay away from Vodacom as well.

Reviewer Update
I just got a call from Vodacom apologizing for my bad experience and stated that I will be contacted by someone from Vodacom to resolve my query. Well it is a week later and still no resolution to my query, however the reply from Vodacom states that my query has been resolved???? Really. One call and a promise that someone will call back is not a resolution!!! Terrible service Vodacom. If this is the way you treat prospective new customers then I am glad that I did not do any business with you and after this experience I do not think that I ever will consider doing business with Vodacom.
