Misleading advertising and terrible customer service at Vodacom Brookside Mall Pmb

When visiting the Vodacom Brookside Mall store in Pietermaritzburg to upgrade my data contract, I was assisted by sales consultant Linda. I was showed a Black Friday deal of R199 for 100gb. Whilst going through the fine print, I picked up that the deal referred to in the breakdown as 60gb normal, 40gb night owl & 20gb bonus. When querying the difference 100gb vs 120gb and the advert as being misleading, the conversation was rudely interrupted by another sales consultant Harvesh, indicating that the 20gb was part of the 100gb and that there was a misprint. He further interjected to the point of refusing to make the sale without consulting a superior. This is not the first instance that this store has used false advertising to draw in customers or that the customer service is lacking due to unfriendly and obnoxious people in the store.
