Misleading advertising and poor service!

Its been more than a month placing an order for a laptop and it gets cancelled because of "no stock" available. This has happened multiple times but when I place an order the stock is available. How then does the stock disappear when its time for delivering? If there is no stock do not process the order! Simple! Wasting our time on the phone with a sales agent for something you don't have is frustrating. Please fix your processes. Do not advertise what you don't have!
