Misleading advertising

Hi Vodacom 4U is currently running a promotion for a PS5 @ R369. I app**** online and one of your consultants just phoned me stating that I can only get the special if I have a data contract with you.

I have a cellphone contract and as per online application nowhere does is it state that I need to have a data contract in order to apply for the PS5.

Kindly explain why there are no specific terms and conditions for this application and also the fact the the price is stated as R369 online yet your consultant who phoned me kept on insisting that it's R399.

Quite a waste of time and energy and utter useless staff.
