Misleading advertising
I am in the process of applying for a business contract from vodacom.
I decided on the Red Select + package. I looked at the iphone 8 as well as the iphone 8 plus. Both state that there are NO cost for the device, yet the contract tariff for the iphone 8 is R999 and for the iphone 8 plus is R1099. If the Red Select + package is the Red Select + package and there is NO cost for the device, WHY the difference in the COST!?
This is MISLEADING advertising.
I sent a query to Vodacom and no one even took the time to respond. If they do not even do a little effort for new clients, how bad will they treat me when I am actually locked into a contract with them!?
