Misleading

<p>I upgraded and app**** for a new contract on the 6th of June 2017. I received the upgraded contract device on Thursday the 7th of June and the new contract on the 9th of June 2017. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I upgraded/app**** I unfortunately selected the wrong contract, i.e a open data contract instead of a topup contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been on the phone with Vodacom from Saturday, 10th of June 2017 to change the two contracts from 2gig data to 2gig data top up. </p> <p> </p> <p>Every person I talk to, give me a different answer. I've been told they can do it as soon as the new contract is activated, and other say I need to wait 3 months before the contracts can be migrated. Still someone else said I need to send the devices back, and redo everything.</p> <p> </p> <p>They don't know what is going on!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Also the new contract should have been activated within 24 - 72 hours from Friday.... Its been a lot more than that already. </p> <p> </p> <p>I just don't know what is going on, and how to fix this situation at all :-( </p>
