Mislead over data upgrade
Mislead by Vodacom upgrade consultant
i Was contacted by a consultant promised me that i will be paying less on my data plan contract... to my surprise when i receive my invoice i am charged almost the double amount that i was paying before.
I DO NOT WANT THIS PLAN, I WANT TO REVERT TO MY OLD DATA PLAN. Im being sent from pillar to post, no one is able to assist me.
