Mislead into buying contract and damaged phone

I have been a client of Vodacom for more than 10 years and have four contracts with Vodacom. I have never had an issue with Vodacom before and also had they never had an issue with me for non-payment, complaints etc. However, I have two major issues that I have lately encountered with Vodacom in the last two months or so, which seems to be ignored by customer care and brushed off by the Brooklyn branch. I have written a very long email explaining both issues in detail but unfortunately Vodacom chose not to be able to receive complaints, apart from a few lines you may write as feedback on the website. I have done that more than a week ago, but have received no reply. I have sent the email to customer care, but no reply. in essence, I have been grossly mislead into a wifi router contract and on top of that have major issues with a faulty and damaged new iPhone 6s plus!!!

Yes, a consultant (Jason Welff) has contacted me on the 2nd of March. I then emailed him the full extent of my complaint, upon which he said "Please be advised that I am attending to your complaint and I will provide you with feedback as soon as it is made available." I never heard of him again. On the 16th of March I sent him an email to follow up. No answer. Up till now I have not heard anything. Utterly disappointed!

I have four contracts with Vodacom and can't wait for them to expire to leave Vodacom for another company - never to return again. My complaint was/is just ignored and nowhere on the Vodacom website is there an email address for complaints. When I call the call centre number, they refer me to an email that does not exist. It is clear that Vodacom does not only not want to resolve complaints, but it does not even want its clients to engage with it.
