Mislead customer

I recently (26 July 2024) received a call from an agent (Collin) who confirmed that he would like to give me value for my current spend and migrate my packages (4 in total). I initially was hesitant but went ahead after been informed by him that my invoice bill would not change, in fact he mentioned that it will reduce by R100. Before I accepted, I asked him again to make 100% that my bill would not increase. To my surprise, upon viewing my new bill, it has almost doubled from around R1.9k to R3.1k in the new month of August. I contacted the customer service number 082 135 on 06 August 2024 to get them to migrate my packages back to the old ones due to affordability, eventually he (Collin) called me back after many attempts and promised to process the migrations the next morning (07 August 2024). I was further promised on 07 August after calling the customer service again that they would get Collin to call me back, however, to date I have had no response to this unsatisfactory matter. I would like to Vodacom executives look into this matter and listen to the recording of my call with Collin on 26 July where I was clear in my concern that my bill would not increase. Clearly Collin was pushing sales and was not concerned about my bill increase. I would like assistance to rectify this matter as soon as possible. Failure would lead to my lawyer to resolve this matter.
