Mislead by Vodacom/Huawei

<p>Unbelievable lies told to me by Vodacom/Huawei. I was told by the Huawei rep Keegan that the MATE 8 was stronger then my S5 but it was all lies. I had my phone for 12 day and it fell, I went immediately to Vodacom an told them what happened the Huawei rep Keegan told me that I get 2 screen replacements but when I asked him to find out when I can take it to be fixed I was told by him that there was no parts to FIX my phone in Cape Town. I asked if I could cancel my contract but Vodacom wants me to pay 75 percent of the cancellation fee that is basically the value of the phone. I have been going to them more them once and they still can't help me, I asked for a new phone but they can't even give me one because then I have to pay for that phone as well. The manager told me to sell my phone a he will get me a S7 for a cheaper price. I am absolutely upset and disgusted by Vodacom for letting me walk with a broken phone that is not even a month old.</p>
