Mislead by Vodacom, be careful

Vodacom really did a number on me during this year's upgrade, after being with vodacom for more than 2 decades i realised how cunning vodacom's agents (some) can be. After avoiding upgrades for two more years and one of vodacom's agents called me (25 March 2024) i agreed to the upgrade, which was for Honour 90 Lite at a subcription amount of 379 which comes with 1.2 GB and 100 Minutes. I agreed to what was offered (unfortunately i lost a paper where i recorded the person's name). I later received a quote (because of my hectic schedule, i missed the mail and opening the quote in time) besides trusting vodacom (BIG Mistake). I received the device, and when i checked my statement i realised that they gave me what we did NOT agree on telephonically. All of a sudden its 650 MB Data, 50 Minutes and 141 SMS (and i barely use SMS'es). I called and asked for a copy of the recorded conversation i had with the agent and guess what, to date i have received nothing. Be careful of this telesales agents representing vodacom, **** at its best.
