Misinformed about upgrade options plus no solar ch

Went in to upgrade contract. Talk240 does not exist anymore. Was given 2 hellishly expensive options even after asking if these were only options now i got a yes. Then after choosing one of these i was also promised a solar charger wich as always was out of stock. 2 moths later still havent received it.
