When I did my upgrade I was not advised that I need to register my Samsung device for the Samsung insurance that allows me to replace my screen etc. As luck might have it, the screen got damaged and now I am not covered.
When I called Vodacom they told me that I can just take the phone in and Samsung will replace the screen at no cost. I asked them to give this to me in writing is it does not say so on Samsungs website, they sent me something that confirms EXACTLY WHAT I SAID!!!!
I asked them to call me back, and to date, no call back!
Now Vodacom needs to be held responsible for the cost of this repair! I was misinformed!
