Misinformation and Lack of Product Knowledge

I upgraded with Vodacom Upgrades department (Samsung S6 Edge) 15 June 2015, I was advised to bring it back in 21 days for any technical issues, my phone could not charge nor turn on 20 days later. I called Vodacom for the damages and I was told nothing will be done on the phone since the date of returns is 14 days this 7th July 2015, I queried this and asked for a recording dating (15 June 2015)I was informed to call back in 48 hours I then called on the 9th July 2015 and the consultant advised me that the actual cool off date (OBF) is 7 Days, So clearly Vodacom staff does not know what this OBF term is? Even the I was told the recording on the update was unavailable. I was also sent from Pillar to Pillar to get my contract of upgrade forms which are with RAM not vodacom. When reading through the contract it does state that the OBF is 14 days....so why did that consultant say it is 7 days??? Today is the 14 July 2015 and I still have not heard from Vodacom, so I called to speak to a Supervisor Bhekumuzi Ntuli, Bheku, uzi says the OBF is 7 Days and the \Not interested in the device"Period is 14 days. I would like to take this further with vodacom """
