Misguided incorrectly

Hi have been ******* again an again. Last few months had queried and was told could set limit. Which one has been deceived. This month again one found the same called in and was told there was no record to my surprise. Received calls and followed by SMS which R2600 was supposed to be refunded to me telephonically. It's evident enough for me to move to another network. As Vodacom has lost its expertise after so many years. One has now more devices which will need to be surrendered and move on. Thanks for your unprofessional services and after sales service. As you lack customer sales and service. Not sure if you have enough staff, trained , managers and supervisors. As you state you record calls but no record of our previous communications.
