Miserable and *********** consultant

My phone started showing private number when I call people since 05 January 2017. Then I made a call to Vodacom on the 8 January 2017 to ask why is my number private ? And they told me my query will be attended to. since then didn't received any help. Then I called again on the 13-01_2017 and I was told that my query has been escalated to support specialists and ref no is 1_ ********** 013397, but my query was not solved . And then I called again on 15_01_2017 with ref no 1_ ********** 403805 but no help still. Then I called again on the 19_01_2017 ref no 1_ ********** 403805 but still when I make a call still showing private number. on 25_01_2017 I called a gain then I was told that late at night before I sleep I must remove my sim card from my phone and then I must put in the morning, I did as I was told but still private number. I called again today and I was told that the department that deal with my query is closed I must call back tomorrow. what kind of service is this??? can u imagine calling Vodacom the whole month to ask them to solve their mess they've caused in my phone that affect my life cause, no one want to answer private number and the worse part of it this is not the first time this issue happened to my phone and it was a hussle for Vodacom to help me. last time they helped me they told me that a person who upgraded my phone did permanent clir by mistake in my phone. I don't know what to do cause I can't keep on calling on Vodacom for this the whole month. when u call u get different consultants with different information. My life stand still cause people don't want to answer my private number.
