Misding Airtime

I don't understand why I should keep using Vodacom anymore, it's like you have a problem when my airtime is not being utilised do you ***** it instead. Can I kindly have my R23 back. And explain to me ehh on earth your services malfunctions when I have airtime but work correctly when there's nothing. And why I cannot check the balance of the 7day 1GB balance ffom 23h00 to 04h59.
