Misappropriation of data, airtime and funds

I have had a contract with them, that would expire in June, and I can not wait to get rid of Vodacom. From the first day I dealt with Mr Edwin Nobella at Kolonade Vodacom, i had problems. I have various complaints. I got a contract with a extra phone, and from my data and airtime getting "lost", to extra money paid for services that I was not even aware of, or approved, like a extra R99 a month for a data for my son monthly, (that started around 6 months ago, without my knowledge) (would love to hear the telephone recording where I approved that, cause there is NONE) They are still deducting that by the way, not approved, definitely not requested. My bill is never the same as my contract. I will have all my data left at the end of the month, but I will always have to pay in for extre "data used" The extra phone with the sim card, was lost at sea, hundreds of feet under the water, but according to my billing, my underaged son, is still using, and over spending on that account, and I wanted to pay an extra R99 for more data a month (he does not own a phone, that sim card was NEVER re activated in 5 months time, but I still have to pay, for the extra data and airtime he apparantly use every month. They sure deserve all the bad press they get, and dropping market shares. Vodacom, you have lost 3 customers from my side alone. Hope everyone else have their eyes opened soon. If I read the stories, you are losing quite a few thousands of customers already, due to your way of mis appropriating data, airtime and funds.

Thank you for your reply, but as stated, it does not change any of the above problems I had, and still continue to have. You still deduct money that was not approved for data, etc. I would feel more like a "valued client", if you would be so nice as to make it possible for me to cancel my contract immediately, and not wait till June, without charging the overpriced amount that you normally do, when "valued clients" get tired of your poor service, and decide to cancel our contracts earlier. I have to say, from the first week of changing my contract from Cell C to Vodacom, I had nothing but problems that had to be sorted out with Vodacom. Our whole household will be changing and one of us has been a Vodacom client for more than 15 years, and also complains that the service is definitely not what it use to be a few years ago.
