Mis-represented!!!

This was sold to me telephonically. Agent calls sells me a contract of R89.00 per month, which i do not have a problem paying.I have sent a request to Heloo Peter on 21.05.2015. Vodacom called me but again they could not view my bank statement and could not see anything besides my statement amount.After speaking to so many agents and managers no one went the extra mile for me. Whenever one calles the call centre you never get to speak to the same person even worse no one knows each other because the call centre line takes you to Midrand,Cape Town,JHB heaven knows where else!My last resort was to do a stop payments at my bank hoping someone will call me.Ricardo from Techtrace (one of my debits)*** option 6,assisted me he informed me that its not really a Vodacom conteract but an Elite Mobile contract WOW,Why did anyone from vodacom not tell me this when i called over 1000 times?I called Elite Mobile spoke to Gift *** option 5,Elite is refusing to pay all my refunds and only 3 months.I emailed my bank statemet yesterday.An amount of R2209.00 was deducted since Feb 2015.Techtrace is paying my full amount.If i had known it was an Elite contract then i would hv called them
