Mis representation

This contract was sold to me in Jan 2015 via the telephone. Cotract R89.00. I asked the agent if there will be any extra charges added to this contract and her response was No. My bank statement shows otherwise. I sent proof to them. I asked Kuba Wessells for a copy of the telephonic sale two weeks ago i have not received anything as yet. I also told her that i was going to hellopeter. She said i should wait she will speak to her managers and get back to me. My contract will also be increasing to R95.00 this was not discussed at point of sale. I am getting no joy with the agents, manager and the walk in centres. <br> I want my bank charges refunded and all my R89.00's and my pro rate in Jan, the contract must be cancelled. I want nothing to do with this company ever!!! I have been with Cell C since cell phones exsist but when i received a call about this deal i thought it's not bad to go for this R89.00m per month but now i am disgusted that i ever went into a conversation with VODACOM!!!!!!
