Mis leading information on vodacom deal

I have tried to open up a new Vodacom contract with game who is offering a cellphone and voucher deal as per their pamphlet it states for new contracts. I was was NOT approved for the deal that i am looking for however was approved for a lower end deal due to there credit vetting process placing me on the lower credit score given by vodacom. The friendly sales assistant at Westwood Mall did her very best to request for a review to be done by there management at head office to try and prove that i ACTUALLY CAN AFFORD THIS CONTRACT and i should be placed on a higher scoring system the outcome that i have received left me in utter shock i was given a pathetic excuse by the review team saying that reviews can only be done if a customer earns a certain amount and my scoring will need time to build up with vodacom to be able to take this deal and i do not qualify for this based on my income. This does not sound like new contract requirements and Why was this not stated on the pamphlet as i found this to be very mis leading especially knowing that i can very well afford this contract and 10 more if i dam well choose. In this frustration i called the vodacome online team and after sales on the same day and day after to my surprise they were just as useless as they were transfering the call to pillar and post as they did not know which division to transfer me so that i can speak to someone who could assist in trying to get the deal i am looking for or to find out what the actual problem was as the pathetic excuse of a decline was not good enough for me as i have no accounts or a bad history i cannot understand why i was being mis lead by the person doing my review. If i new that this hole process was just going to waste my time and effect me negatively on my credit score i would have not went to vodacom and THEY SHOULD HAVE STATED THE PACKAGE IS NOT FOR NEW CONTRACTS and not mis lead people!!
