****MING PARASITES

I have a contract with Vodacom that I have been paying well, On 27th September I received a call from one of their consultants with a pretence that she is going to give me a discount on my bill, and I will receive more benefits for the new plan that I will be migrated to, she said she will send me a quote so that I can review and proceed or decline the deal, I only received the quotation on the 1st of new month 01 October 2023, 4 days later, my new plan has already been activated, and my bill has already went up by more than R750.00, when I reviewed the quote it was something different from what I was presented with. Now when I request that they must take me back to the original contract I have to pay a migration fee of +/-R3 000.00 how so when I was told the quotation can be declined within 14days. Firstly I was contacted I didn’t initiate or request that they call me for any migration, Secondly what was presented to me is not what I found on the quotation, Third the qoute was sent when my plan had already been activated, fourth I would have not agreed to the contract if I was shown the quotation first. I am frustrated at this point because now I have to deal with Vodacom giving me unnecessary stress.
