Mindblowingly bad service!

There was a time when the service at Vodacom was good. However, my recent experience gives me the impression that something has gone terribly wrong. I got a new Samsung tablet last year and within a month or so it was having problems connecting with wifi. I took it to the Vodacom repair centre at George Mall. When it was returned to me they had fixed the connectivity but broken the back cover and somehow destroyed the speaker. I live 100kms away from George so it isnt easy to just pop in. I eventually took it back and reported that they had broken it but they didnt seem particularly concerned about it. Said they would order the part. So another 200km trip later and handed it back in. Promised I would get it back in 3 days so instead of traveling the 200kms again I went to visit friends to wait for it. Well of course it wasnt ready in 3 days so I went back. Got an sms to say it was ready a week later so another 200km trip only to find when I got there they seem to have lost it!!!! That was 4 days ago and I have not heard from them since. Think you can sort this out sometime Vodacom?!!!!

Thanks for not bothering to do what you said you would do here on this site and "Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query." NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. So my question is this....have you (Vodacom) lost my tablet and who is going to pay for it?
