MIGRATION WITHOUT MY PERMISSION PAYING MORE
So two months ago I get a call from Vodacom stating their prices decreased and that I can benefit, only to be told 20 minutes later that I will be paying R200 more per month. I DECLINED to take this offer, as WHY would I pay MORE if the prices declined. Today 25/8, i received a SMS stating that my account will be debited with the R200 extra from the 01/09/21, WHICH I DID NOT AGREE UPON. When I contacted Vodacom, i was informed it cannot be changed and needs to be escelated. ????????????

01 Sept 2021, 08:37After speaking to Vodacom 3 times and being told my account will be fixed after I NEVER approved a migration where I would be paying R200 MORE a month, they still went and deducted the bigger amount. That is what you call service.
