Migration without customer consent.
I have had extremely terrible experiences with Vodacom. My package gets migrated every month since last year without being on the phone with anyone to give my consent. This is absolute nonsense and I am currently in arrears as I refuse to pay due to me not consenting for migrations. Vodacom needs to stop with migration on my account.
