Migration promise not kept

<p>I have an existing LTE data contract with Vodacom. When fibre was installed in my area, I phoned Vodacom FTTH sales and they assured me if I Vumatel installs fibre I will be able to migrate my LTE package to a Fibre package. After getting Vumatel to install my fibre, and paying them R1710 installation fee, Vodacom now says that I can't migrate fomr LTE to Fibre. Someone gave me incorrect info and I'm paying the price for this.</p> <p>Vodacom on Facebook just referes me back to Vodacom FTTH call centre. Someone needs to action this!</p> <p>After all I still want to remain a Vodacom client.</p>
