Migration of Packages with no proof of authorisation
Migration of National Council of SPCAs packages in July 2025 with no proof of authorised person having approved the migrations - been asking for proof of the recording since early September 2025 and still waiting despite escalations. As a non-profit organisation we cannot afford to keep paying an extra R3335.00 per month with no proof of authorisation.

11 Nov 2025, 10:18Thank you but the query has not been resolved. Yes the packages have reverted to their original cost, but we are still waiting for the refund of over R3,000.00 for each of the three months that this was done.

30 Jan 2026, 09:05We are still waiting for our query to be resolved. We have not been refunded the R9000.00 odd due to us, despite promises by Vodacom. Yetisha from Vodacom advised that we would be refunded but its over two months later and we still have not been refunded.
