Vodacom phoned me in April, they offered me a migration to a "better" package, that would work better and cheaper for me. Went on the new package in May, but by the end of the month my bill was R400 more than normal. I phoned Vodacom and requested to be moved back to my old package. The agent told me there would be a migration fee, which I said I refuse to pay, as it was on Vodacom's bad advice that I moved in the first place. The agent then sent in a request that I don't have to pay the migration fee, but when I look at my bill for Jun so far, I see the migration fee of R2508 is on there.

As stated above I will not pay the migration fee, as it was Vodacom's bad advise which made me to move packages.

I would please like to get this sorted out before my debit order goes off at the end of the month.
