In March 2017 Vodacom called me and asked if they can change my "subscription" because I am paying 70c per minute and they want to change it to a lower fee I said yes. On 1 April 2017 my contact changed totally to something else. At 28 April I contacted Vodacom and they said they did a migration on my contract I told them I didn't want that [ackage and they must change it back, they said I won't pay a fee because they did the migration. This month I received a bill with a migration fee of R360.00. I didn't want my contract to change and I didn't sign for it and now when I changed it back I must pay for it.
