Migration failure

I did an upgrade at the vodacom Shop and moved from a Weekender package to a 3gb package.<br> On the first i checked and on the vodacom system it shows as a 3GB Topup, but on the handset still shows as a WND+. I called the Call center on the 082111 and was told that i would go through that night. Checked the morning and it still showed wnd+ on the handset. I logged a call with Vodacom REF:EC-0WEQ-3QD1HW.<br> <br> I Got a Reply now, that the migration failed and that it will only take effect on 01/08/2015. UNACCEPTABLE, as i have cancelled my Telkom ADSL and now i dont have any connection for my work, i am going to lose a Months worth of Internet and Email access, if i use that sim number in my ****le, i will get charged for the usage. <br> <br> Upgrade was Done on the 26/06/2015 and processed the same day, please can you come back to me with a resolution to this as i feel i should not be penalized for Vodacom not being able to migrate my package.<br> <br> *** is the number.
