Migration dispute
So Vodacom has agents that call and mislead clients about free migrations and then migrate you without your consent to a new price plan. When I requested they reverse this they say I will have to pay for the current month Oct like *** why should I pay for services I never requested. They are hiding the individual who did these changes could this mean the organization is facilitating that they mislead and **** people to increase profits?
