Migration detail and price plan LIE!
A Vodacom agent phoned me today, saying I should migrate my current 2 GB price plan to a 5 GB price plan for just R10 extra per month. When I received the quote on email, it comes down to R252 extra!!! From R471.99 to R723.99!! Sorry Vodacom but this is not what your agent explained to me over the phone. I immediately phoned the cancelation department to reverse this migration and spoke to Juidia over the phone. According to her there is no cancelation fee regarding the false information you provided to me over the phone!! Vodacom, please note if there is any fees or discrepancies regarding this. I will remove my life long trust and business from you. I do not accept this migration.
