Migration 30th April

good day

1. I need the itemized billing for the month of April please. Not the invoice but the itemized billing. I'm aware that I'm on an open contract but to be paying R1500???

2. On the 30 April I was advised that I was going to be Migrated to a better plan where I would be saving R80 from my contract. Looking at my current bill I am going to be paying more?? I called Vodacom, Vodacom said to call Elite Mobile as they did the migration. I spoke to a lady by the name of Salome and not happy with how she handled my call!!

I want to go back to my plan. Do not call me unless you have a solution for me and can I asked to be removed from all these "promotional charges"

Hi,

Yes someone has called me but no one has sent the itemized billing as yet?

2. Only today has Elite Mobile made contact with me and stated that they will take me back to my old plan.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL

BETWEEN ELITE MOBILE AND VODACOM SOMEONE NERDS TO SORT THIS BILLING OUT! I HAVE BEEN CALLED TO BE TOLD I WAS GOING TO GO BACK TO MY OLD PACKAGE AND NOTHING HAPPENED! SORT THIS OUT OR I'M TAKING THIS QUERY TO THE OMBUDSMAN!!! RIPPING PEOPLE OFF OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! I HAVE KIDS TO TAKE OFF AND YOU ARE TAKING FOOD FROM THIER MOUTH
