Migrating existing contracts

Migrated two sim card contracts. Then discovered Vodacom had renewed the contracts in stead of only migrating them. Refusing to cancel my contracts now, insisting we did an upgrade. Called Vodacom numerous times requesting the voice recordings as proof of their so-called claim. They have failed to provide or send any kind of evidence. Furious now and now turning to this platform as a last recourse.
