Migrating 3 contracts

For the last 2 months i am trying to migrate my contracts so that i do not pay so much. Now they are telling me that i must phone ITC and correct my profile WHAT ********T!!! I have been a client for 14years and all i want to do is change the package because i am paying over my head at the moment with the CONTRACTS that i have. VODACOM YOUR SERVICE ARE PATHETIC!!! This is to bring down the amount that i am paying now but you ride on ITC ***!!! I have 8 contracts with vodacom and this is the service what ********. I am a paying customer of over R9 000 a month. And then they do not even let you know what the outcome is you must phone in and ask PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
