Michael Disgusting Hypocritical Attitude

Someone called Michael phoned me from Vodacom about two minutes ago. He "congratulated" me on who knows what. It was clearly an unsolicited call and Vodacom has no right to phone me to sell me things. I was not happy with the call. Michael then told me not to be rude on the phone. I had not been rude up to that point. Once he said that I became exceptionally rude and told him where to get off in less than polite language and hung up on him. First, do not phone me to sell me things without my permission. Second, train Michael to handle sales prospects and clients properly.
